Accepted Payment Methods

We welcome payments via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, for all orders placed on our website. All transactions are securely processed through a trusted third-party payment provider, and we do not store complete card numbers on our internal servers.

Currencies
To keep pricing clear and predictable, the final charge currency at checkout always matches the shipping destination:
– For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, all products are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
– For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, all products are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our website is provided only to help preview prices in a preferred display currency. Regardless of the display setting, the final charge on the payment card will always be processed in the currency linked to the shipping country as described above.
If a card is issued in a different country or currency, the card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set solely by the bank or card issuer and are not charged by us.

Authorizations & Charges

When you submit an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount to verify funds. The actual charge will only be processed once your order is confirmed. If a payment is declined or flagged for review, we may contact you to verify details; if verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, refunds typically reflect on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
